Free licences and trials

A free lifetime licence and the 7-day trial involve no payment details and no automatic charge, so there is nothing to refund. Mandatory rights remain unaffected; see the Terms.

Paid purchases

The checkout identifies the seller, final total, currency, taxes, licence scope, payment obligation, statutory withdrawal information, and any request for immediate digital performance. A consumer's statutory withdrawal right can lapse early for digital content only if every applicable legal condition is satisfied, including the required express consent, acknowledgement, and durable confirmation. Downloading the free app does not by itself waive a later statutory right connected with a paid order.

Merchant of Record

Stripe is the Merchant of Record and seller for purchases, shown at checkout as “Sold through Link”. Its checkout, buyer terms, withdrawal instructions, and support process govern the sales contract alongside mandatory consumer law.

Voluntary refund

In addition to non-excludable statutory rights, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to legetdev@gmail.com with your receipt. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe. After a refund, the licence and its purchase code may no longer be used.
