Refund and Withdrawal

Current status

The launch offer grants a free lifetime licence when activated. No payment details are required and there is no automatic charge when sales open. There is no payment to refund. Mandatory rights remain unaffected; see the Terms for the grant.

Before paid sales open

The actual checkout must identify the seller, final total, currency, taxes, licence scope, payment obligation, statutory withdrawal information, and any request for immediate digital performance. A consumer's statutory withdrawal right can lapse early for digital content only if every applicable legal condition is satisfied, including the required express consent, acknowledgement, and durable confirmation. Downloading the free app does not by itself waive a later statutory right connected with a paid order.

Planned Merchant of Record

If sales open through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy is intended to be the Merchant of Record and seller for the purchase. Its live checkout, Buyer Terms, withdrawal instructions, and support process will govern the sales contract alongside mandatory consumer law. Those live terms must be reviewed before the purchase button is enabled.

Planned voluntary policy

The current product plan is to request a voluntary refund window of 14 days from the Merchant of Record, in addition to non-excludable statutory rights. This is not yet a binding paid offer because sales are closed. The final checkout and this page must match before launch.
