Dictate in three steps
- Step 01
Focus a text field
Place the cursor in a supported text field in the app where you want the words to appear.
- Step 02
Press the shortcut and speak
The default shortcut is Control + Option. You can change it or switch to push-to-talk in Settings.
- Step 03
Finish the dictation
Press the shortcut again. Saywave transcribes the audio and attempts to insert the result at the cursor.
